The home consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and family living area with patio doors giving access to the pool area.

The home has well appointed kitchen suite includes large conventional self cleaning electric cooker, microwave oven, 18 cubic foot fridge/freezer incorporating ice making facilities, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and double sink with garbage disposal with every modern convenience which guests would normally enjoy in their own homes is provided, including toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, a full range of table crockery, cutlery and glassware and all utensils.
The telephone which can be used for free local calls is located here also. The adjoining fully fitted dining room features a dining table with seating for up to six and two bar stools at the nearby breakfast bar.

The utility room facilities include a large washer and a large drier, easily capable of handling the laundry requirements of a large family. An ironing board and iron are located here too.

Our home features four bedrooms; two master bedrooms with en suite bathroom along with two luxury furnished twin bedrooms that are on ground floor. These share use of the third bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards and all include built in wardrobes, high quality furniture with plenty of drawer space, hair dryers and remote control TV's. The 1st master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and bedroom two has a queen-sized bed. The master en-suite includes a separate bath tub, and both bathrooms feature showers, a vanity unit, W.C, hairdryer points.

For the outdoor sun seekers there is a inviting Heated pool surrounded by a block paved patio area fully covered by a screened enclosure. The pool area is fenced to the rear to insure privacy, which many of our Guests prefer, there is also a Bathroom located directly from the pool. The pool access is Via the patio doors which are equipped with an alarm for Child Safety.

We choose this home with our guests in mind and after viewing in excess of 30 properties due to its quality of build and its perfect location we found Highgrove to be the best of a very good bunch. Happy Holidays we are confident you will have a perfect time in our home.
